Films made to move you today — and for your family to watch again thirty years from now.
I don't film events. I film people — a father's gaze before he gives his daughter away, a trembling hand, the laugh that slips out in the middle of tears. That's what becomes a film.

Vinicius Zardo
I'm the son of Egydio Zardo, the first photographer in the city of Novo Hamburgo, Brazil. He was a pioneer in wedding, debutante and graduation photography.
I always imagined I'd follow a different path from my father — Freud would have something to say about that. But after coming back from a stretch in Australia, I made a few videos for friends, just as a hobby. Soon that pastime took on a life of its own and, before I knew it, being a filmmaker gave me more joy than my brand-new chiropractic degree ever had.
I think some things are just in the blood. I edit the films I shoot with a smile on my face — truly. I get emotional with you, I celebrate with you, I feel part of the story. Having your story told in a film, for your family — today's and tomorrow's — to watch, is something beyond words.

From the first hello to the film on your screen.
We talk about the two of you, the venue, the mood of the celebration and what your film can't go without. I confirm I'm available on your date.
I'm with you from getting ready to the dance floor. Discreet, never interrupting what's happening — the best footage always comes from what's real.
This is where the story comes together: selection, pacing, music and color. It's the longest stage — and the one that makes all the difference.
You receive your film to watch, keep and share with the people you love.
Tell me your wedding date and venue. I reply personally — usually the same day.
